Low dolphin population ‘concerning’ Huge fishing nets seen as factor Natural Resources and Environment Minister Varawut Silpa-archa has expressed concerns over the low population of Irrawaddy dolphins in Thailand and urged all parties to step up efforts to help protect the critically endangered species.
