On Saturday, Tokyo reported 11,227 new daily infections, the highest daily total in four consecutive days.<\/p>\n<p>Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center reported early Saturday that it has recorded 346.5 million global COVID cases and 5.6 million global COVID deaths.
