Moreover, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet asked the Phnom Penh capital administration to learn more about the use of new technologies that are modern, smart and highly economical in various physical infrastructure pr

At the same time, the capital administration is advised to increase the green cover in the city to reduce heat and greenhouse gases, especially in the areas where new physical infrastructure is to be built, and to work hard to promote the implementation of drainage and flood prevention infrastructure investment plans to avoid Phnom Penh flooding in order to make the capital more resilient to climate change.

With the increase of vehicles, Phnom Penh is currently facing a big problem, i.e. the lack of parking areas, according to Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister who encouraged the private sector to invest in modern car parks.
