FADHLINA CONGRATULATES SK PUTRAJAYA PRESINT 11 (1) FOR WINNING AIA HEALTHIEST SCHOOLS AWARD

Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek congratulated Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Putrajaya Presint 11 (1) on winning the AIA Healthiest Schools Competition in Bali, Indonesia on Thursday (July 4),

She said the school beat 2,300 schools from all over the Asia-Pacific to bag a prize of AS$100,000 (RM472,100).

Fadhlina said the school won the regional award through its innovative design of a health mobile application, HELPIE, aimed at helping to improve the mental well-being of students.

She said additionally, the application provides tools to identify and manage stress as well as is equipped with interesting games and health campaigns.

“This success is not only a recognition for the school but also inspires other schools to keep innovating for the sake of the students’ well-being,” she said in a post on her Facebook page today.
