KUALA LUMPUR, The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower, tracking the performance of the underlying cash market.The spot month July 2024 and September 2024 dropped 18.0 points each to 1,622.0 and 1,608.5, respectively, while August 2024 and December 2024 slid 17.5 points each to 1,625.5 and 1,616.5, respectively.Turnover advanced to 13,121 lots from 5,055 lots on Friday (July 19), while open interest strengthened to 59,117 contracts from 50,832 contracts yesterday.At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI slid 14.48 points, or 0.89 per cent, to 1,622.07 from Friday's close of 1,636.55.Source: BERNAMA News Agency
