KPJ HEALTHCARE BAGS 11 AWARDS AT GLOBALHEALTH ASIA-PACIFIC SUMMIT 2024


KUALA LUMPUR, KPJ Healthcare Bhd (KPJ Healthcare) walked away with 11 awards at the GlobalHealth Asia-Pacific Summit and Conference 2024 held in Phuket, Thailand from May 4-5.

The leading specialist hospital in a statement today said the achievement marks the most awards the company has ever won at the summit, reinforcing its position as a leader in clinical excellence and innovative healthcare delivery.

Additionally, it stated that its participation in the summit provided a strategic opportunity to showcase the group’s expertise and establish itself as a leader in the healthcare industry, thereby enhancing brand visibility and recognition.

Among the 11 awards, KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital won the Advanced Cardiology Service Provider of the Year in Asia-Pacific, as well as Spine Care Service Provider of the Year in Asia-Pacific.

KPJ Sabah Specialist Hospital bagged the Gastroenterology Service Provider of the Year in Asia-Pacific, along with the Robotic Rehabilitation Service Provider of the Year in Asia-Pacific.

KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital has received three awards: Advanced Pediatrics Service Provider of the Year in Asia-Pacific, Obstetrics and Gynecology Service Provider of the Year in Asia-Pacific, and Women and Children Specialist Provider of the Year in Asia-Pacific.

n addition, KPJ Centre for Sight has won the Ophthalmology Service Provider of the Year in Asia-Pacific award, and KPJ Tawakkal Health Centre has been awarded Sports Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Service Provider of the Year in Asia-Pacific.

Meanwhile, Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 has been named Rising Star Hospital of the Year in Malaysia, and KPJ Tawakkal KL Specialist Hospital has been recognised as the Urology Service Provider of the Year in Asia-Pacific.

KPJ Healthcare President and Managing Director Chin Keat Chyuan, in the same statement, said the recognition is a significant milestone for the group, positioning them as a leader in accolades among Malaysian hospitals at the Summit.
