Cambodian Minister of Tourism H.E. HUOT Hak received here at the ministry this morning Mr. KATO Kazunori, Executive Director and Secretary General of Japan-Cambodia Association, as well as delegations of Sokimex Group and TBS Holdings Inc.

According to the Ministry of Tourism, the meeting touched on a project to produce promotional video clips highlighting the potential of Cambodia’s heritage, historical, and natural tourist destinations, as well as her traditional culture, cuisine, and local products.

The promotional content will be disseminated through TBS Holdings Inc., a company with a network of over 28 television stations and an audience exceeding 10 million viewers in Japan.

The goal is to broaden awareness among the Japanese public, thereby attracting more Japanese and international tourists to visit Cambodia.

Additionally, they discussed plans to organise a business forum aimed at encouraging Japanese investors to increase their investments in Cambodia and to expand direct flight routes between J
apan and Cambodia.
