Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet said the Royal Government will continue to improve the quality of human resources in the military sector.Addressing the inauguration ceremony of new achievements of the National Defence University of Cambodia in Phnom Penh this morning, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet said the Royal Government will further strengthen the national defence.'It is the duty of all of us, especially the armed forces to enhance our national defence,' he underlined.Samdech Thipadei encouraged the senior armed personnel to further upgrade and improve their strategic skills not just in the country's defence, but also in development, international relations, communication and so on.The Royal Government plans to transform the National Defense University into a centre for military training, national defence policy, and security for the senior officials from different national institutions, he said.Source: Agence Kampuchea Presse
