H.E. Amin Modad, Minister and Commerce and Industry of Liberia, has expressed his country's intention to buy some of Cambodia's potential agricultural products such as milled rice, cassava, and cashew nut.According to the Cambodian Ministry of Commerce, the intention was revealed during a meeting between H.E. Amin Modad and H.E. Ouk Prachea, Secretary of State for the Ministry of Commerce, in Geneva, Switzerland, late last week.H.E. Amin Modad also wanted to learn from Cambodia about the preparation and management of food reserves, milled rice production, and requested the Kingdom to provide the Liberian side with the samples of milled rice, cashew nut, and price list.For his side, H.E. OUK Prachea informed the Liberian side about Cambodia's potential agricultural products, and export volume, particularly that of milled rice, and requested Liberia to study the demand for milled rice varieties and other agricultural products.Source: Agence Kampuchea Presse
